It was efficient to find out what I needed to do with a reasonable price, I’m surprised and impressed with this company’s service, Charlie did a great job with the right attitude, I believe carry on like this, this company will be very successful! They are down to earth with no malarkey, very real.

Receptionist has awful customer service! Had 5 missed calls one after the other to rearrange a gas safety check ( which was booked by my landlord on my behalf ) then got the hump because I’m unavailable due to work. Perhaps try calling another time rather than harass someone who is busy and cannot answer! My landlord being disorganised is no fault of mine!
Lovely young plumber - difficult job to do - sorted - friendly respectful nothing was too much trouble - wouldn't use anyone else
