Definitely won’t shop here anymore. It reminds me of a flea market with poor customer service skills and she was the owner. I purchased a color product and returned it the next day for a color change. The produce was out of stock. She tells me the product can take up to 2 months. Mind you she says this to me with a straight face , no character, lifeless and with a nonchalant attitude. I asked if I could return the product and get a refund credited back to my card. I have shopped at this beauty supply many times because they are close to home. This last time I shopped was the worst experience. I purchased 3 packs of braiding hair the day before, I went back the next day and asked to exchange them for a different length. The same lady who helped me the day before was at the counter, she asked if I had my receipt.
