My recent visit to this beauty supply store was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. As a person of color, I felt closely watched and followed throughout the store, with staff repeatedly peeking around corners while I was shopping. This was my first time in their store. I was picking up some earrings and possibly some hair clips. I felt like they were watching me to see if I was trying to steal $2 earrings, as if I couldn't afford them. The cashier was peeking over the counter. I felt uncomfortable and targeted because I'm a black women. Will not visit this location again. Extremely disappointed

First time patronizing this store. Arrived 5 minutes before closing. Clerk (owner?) told me I had 2 minutes. Fortunately, what I needed was right in front of the counter. I was in and out in no time! Didn't get to see the entire store, but from what I could see, it looked well stocked and full of things (in addition to hair care supplies) found in a typical neighborhood hair supply store (costume jewelry, scarves, hats, etc.). I'll definitely go back when I have more time to browse.

Store hours are posted and store associates told me that they closed early and not opening registers for any sales. Extremely poor customer service and quality of products are also bad. I will not suggest coming to this location for your needs. Please go elsewhere for your beauty products. Don’t waste your money here!!!

If you’re a person of color, please don’t shop here. I was talking on the phone while shopping and the workers watched me like a hawk. My mother noticed one worker watching me on monitors while the other lingered a safe distance away. Needless to say I put all my things down and left. Gave my business to Lee Beauty on 11 mile next to Kroger. Workers there are always welcoming and helpful.
