The lady in charge wouldn’t let me EXCHANGE my brand new product (brought the wrong one) and I HAD A RECEIPT which is stated ON THE RECEIPT. She makes her own rules and own prices regardless of what the fine print says. Unethical business. I wouldn’t shop here. Plus, her prices are 2x regular prices. Just greedy. May no luck come to her.

My recent visit to this beauty supply store was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. As a person of color, I felt closely watched and followed throughout the store, with staff repeatedly peeking around corners while I was shopping. This created an environment that felt unwelcoming and disrespectful, especially while I was there to spend my hard-earned money. In addition to this experience, the customer service was very poor. This was my first time in their store. I was picking up some earrings and possibly some hair clips. I felt like they were watching me to see if I was trying to steal $2 earrings, as if I couldn't afford them. The cashier was peeking over the counter. I felt uncomfortable and targeted because I'm a black women. Will not visit this location again. Extremely disappointed

First time patronizing this store. Arrived 5 minutes before closing. Clerk (owner?) told me I had 2 minutes. Fortunately, what I needed was right in front of the counter. I was in and out in no time! Didn't get to see the entire store, but from what I could see, it looked well stocked and full of things (in addition to hair care supplies) found in a typical neighborhood hair supply store (costume jewelry, scarves, hats, etc.). I'll definitely go back when I have more time to browse.
