Massage was done by Jeff, it was excellent
The most concerning part of my visit happened when my payment was being processed. The therapist entered the full cost of my service ($54) as the tip, bringing the total to $104. He was preparing to charge my card until I stopped him and pointed out the incorrect amount. Only then did he act as though it was a mistake. But it was AFTER we understood I’m paying the service price, so he was going to run his own tip anyway. Whether intentional or not, that completely broke my trust.
