no sevice, no show, rude hang up – I had an appointment today Wednesday 4-25-2012 at 12:00pm to get my front leather seats reconditioned. they never showed up, I kept calling. finally I was called back at 2:30pm, and was told they stopped here at 11:15am and nobody was home, and left business info between my doors. I explained that they never came here, must of had the wrong house, and should have called me. loved the leather repair that was done at my house – I felt as though we were getting to best. I knew we pick a winner with loveleather they help us pick colors for our redye job and offer advice on how to mantain our furniture and how to clean spills out. We are haveing them come out every year to condition and seal and protect it . They love what they do and it shows. We were very please with the job.
