Beastmode I have been a member of ILKB Dolph for quite a while now. My experience from day 1 has been amazing. First person I met was Heather Kapson who has a lot of positive energy. Every time I work out no matter who the instructor is, you get the same energy. They are all super positive, crazy as hell which works for me. Always available to assist with form and technique.
