I heard about ILKB through a friend and am so happy I checked it out! I was bored of going to the gym and wanted to find something more enjoyable while still getting a great workout. ILKB did not disappoint! The staff are great, very supportive and they push you to do more. The classes are only an hour long so they fly by, but they get the job done. I leave every class dripping sweat. If you want to shake up your workout routine, I highly recommend I Love Kickboxing in St. Paul!
I've been a member for about 9 months and have no regrets! I have so much fun going to class. The staff is motivating and friendly. The atmosphere is upbeat. It's great for people of all levels of fitness. We all have goals and they can be achieved at ILKB
