I Love Kickboxing is a great place to work out! The atmosphere is great, the instructors are super helpful and encouraging, and everyone is just really nice! Amazing workout that keeps you energized and burning calories all day!

I absolutely LOVE coming to this gym! Everyone is so positive and encouraging throughout the workouts, and the energy creates such an amazing atmosphere. The instructors do a great job of explaining all of the moves and keeping you motivated throughout. I would definitely give this a shot if you're looking for a kick-butt workout and incredible fit fam.

Love this gym! I absolutely LOVE coming to this gym! The instructors do a great job of walking you through all of the moves and pushing and motivating you throughout the entire class. Everyone there is so positive and encouraging; it's 100% a family. The workout is as intense as you make it, and everyone works at their own level so nobody is excluded from this workout. It quickly became the workout that I look forward to going to every day, and there is a huge support system for reaching your goals. 10/10 recommend.

I love kickboxing is such a fun way to get my workout in. I have been going here for a while now and the classes are always energetic and fun and such a great stress reliever. The instructors are always so encouraging and motivating. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to start a workout program or change up their current routine.

I have been wanting to continue kickboxing from when I was in my teens. When the ad for #i love kickboxing popped up. Something clicked and I just knew I wanted to join ! I was nervous and excited to start because of all the weight I gained or that I may look funny doing it. But as I entered the studio it was a refreshing environment. Kick Butt Workout What a fun place to go get a kick butt workout! The instructors and other members are encouraging and know how to make it fun. They take time to teach you and push you to work hard... but not an in your face yelling at you kind of push. I always look forward to the workouts. What I love most about the workouts is they are great for anyone, at any fitness level.
