This location does both Tang Soo Do and Kickboxing (http://www.ilovekickboxingmiddletown.com) I attend the Kickboxing classes here and I must say I love this place. The staff is very welcoming and the kickboxing exceeded my expectations. No two classes are ever the same, from the types of exercises to the folks you attend class with.
