I was very frustrated at first, but then Malory explained the process to me. It takes time to get use to the hearing aids. I have a severe loss, and it will get better TY, Malory
I am traveling and needed an emergency repair of my hearing aid. I called this clinic and was told they would fit me in between patients. The front desk person (who I believe is the owner of the clinic) and the practitioner were both extremely friendly and helpful. Although I had to wait for about 45 minutes, my hearing aid was fixed and worked again! I am so grateful to Jamie Rossi for being so accommodating.
