Patricia and staff were patient, understanding, and caring with my 100 year old father. They explained his options and allowed him to choose what was best. They then guided him through the use of his hearing aids. My father is confident that he can navigate his hearing aids and is hearing conversations again thanks to this supportive team!
The right hearing aid has always whistled because it does fit well. When I asked always told its wax in ear. The left hearing aid is fine. I go to ENT twice a year.
Such an amazing office, everyone there is so sweet and caring! You can tell they really love what they do and have the patients best interest in mind. I’m usually pretty scared of doctor’s offices but the environment in this one was so welcoming every time I went. Thank you guys so much!
I Love Hearing is the very best of the best!!! From the receptionist, assistant, biller to Dr. Sapodin, we felt like family!!! My 20 year old daughter was so scared and upset that she might need hearing aides, HOWEVER… she left the office excited to get them!! That’s how amazing this office is.
