If they don't have the color or design in your size they will make you one. Doesn't even take 5 minutes. Some overpriced but doable.

If you didn’t bring your Mom with you and you miss the experience shopping with Mom tell you “Not too…” this is the store for you. Turns me off to spending money.

Worst customer service ever. I asked for one thing and the worker couldn’t understood me after I clarified ten times what I wanted. For a store that deals with colors, there workers really should know the difference between gray and white. I will never take my business here ever again.

As a family on a weekend trip to Duluth (1st time for the kids) we were looking through this store for souvenirs for the kids. As we made our way through the store the man and woman behind the counter moved around and continuously watched us. As we got toward the front of the store the woman came up to the male and made a loud and deliberate comment directed at us " the usual suspicious people". At which point we immediately left their store. We aren't even sure why this was directed at us. Whether it was my extensive tattoo... read more
