Honest Review: I want to be fair in sharing my experience. Stephanie was great, we laughed, we chatted a bit and she makes you feel comfortable soon as you walk in the door. The location may not be what is expected or a personal preference. I also want to note that I did tip, not that it was expected I just enjoyed her conversation. With that said, the process itself was painful compared to other waxes I have had.
