Rude impatient employee. Will never shop here again.
Why run a business if you aren’t going to treat customers right and adhere to the business hours YOU posted online? I came 15 minutes before closing and the worker closed the door on my face and wouldn’t even listen to me. I walked in the rain and he saw I was soaked. I don’t recommend this place. There are several other beauty supply stores that treat their customers way better.

I am sooooo happy to see this Beauty Supply Store back open!!!! I have been coming to this location for years and when I saw they were back open I immediately stopped by. They have such an amazing selection of hair and body care products and a HUGE wig section. Everything is very neat and the prices are the best I've seen in Downtown Brooklyn.
