It was a great location that satisfied my needs. The units and price were reasonable. The process and customer service from start to finish was top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend without a doubt for your rental storage needs. I would definitely use again in the future.
We needed a unit in a pinch and Ms. Rhonda came thru. Fast, friendly service. The online application process and auto draft payments were very convenient. Units are very well kept and in a secluded area. If we're ever in need of a unit again...I'll be back!!!
The units were clean with gated access. The owner was easy to work with and accommodating. She was attentive also. She noticed the lock we removed from our unit and messaged me.
Hands down the best storage unit business in copperas cove. If you are military store your belongings here. The owner knows you by name and super easy to work with.
