I stopped in for drinks on a Friday night. It was a nice vibe the atmosphere was elegant and laid back, soft rnb music playing low not too loud and the drinks were pretty and strong. I didn't try the food because I had dinner somewhere else but next time I will try something to eat from the menu. The food reviews I've seen is not that great, but the drinks and vibe was nice.
Going to this neighborhood at night is a risk. It’s an experience walking in, but we weren’t met with smiles from the bar staff. The bartender, I think his name was “Augustine”, was not hospitable at all and made us feel most unwelcome. So much so, that after the interaction, myself and my wife contemplated leaving, but since we were there we got a drink anyways. I wouldn’t go again since the drink tasted like something I can make at home. Caveat Emptor!
If you are looking for a place to hang and have a drink this is the place. The atmosphere was interesting and felt like you were a special guest Food was over priced and underwhelming. I had the shrimp and chorizo risotto. It was bland. Adding salt helped but it wasn't worth the 29$ I paid. Overall the experience was fun and the service was great. They had interesting things to offer like getting you drink free if you guess the the shape of the ice.
Had a great time there 💯
Great drinks and great food too!
