Roland is absolutely amazing! I had a pretty major issue with a mid-floor air duct, and his expertise was second to none in devising a plan and replacing the air-duct. His knowledge of A/C and Heating systems is remarkable! I have used him several times and he will always be our go to guy for any issues we have.

Reliable, professional, and excellent personality. He repaired my AC unit, troubleshoot AC issues couple of times and successfully resolved the issues. I never call someone else prior to checking on his availability. I will really keep him for long!

I can't recommend "I Know a Guy AC" enough! From start to finish, he exceeded my expectations. He is always on time, which is rare to find these days. My AC was out for 2 weeks in the august heat due to a failed warranty part that was unavailable. When the big companies failed to help out, Rolland was able to get very creative and provide a fix that works. He has a strong network of contacts that solved my problem. Very happy with service.

I’ve head horrible experience with previous guys that tried to fix my AC before. some micky mouse ac technicians that suppose to be they see teachers at ETT installed a new unit that did not work properly and created a disaster. I finally came across this amazing company.
