We just had the most awesome time in Sarasota Fl. If you go you gotta check out i kayak sarasota, we saw manatees, dolphin, flying fish? We were first time paddlers and Bob of i kayak showed us how to paddle,made us feel very comfortable and most inportant put us right on top of the Manatees.
A group of my “older” friends and I decided to make a list of everything we want to do before we die. On that “Bucket List” we included a guided kayaking trip in Sarasota, Florida. We live part of the year in Ontario and the other part on Lido Key, Florida. A few years ago we discovered kayaking with David Wells and Almost Heaven Kayaking. He was so patient and helpful as we learned the fundamentals of kayaking in Sarasota Bay. We have done numerous guided eco tours with David and his staff. Our entire family took a kayak eco trip with Almost Heaven Kayak Adventures on our vacation to Siesta Key, Florida. It was the best part of our entire vacation. We kayaked down the Myakka River with hundreds of alligators…seriously – there were hundreds! It was great. Our tour guide was so informative and made us feel very safe. We explore the State Park (via the Myakka River) and saw lots of tropical birds and Eagles. Awesome kayaking trip. We saw dolphins, manatees and the mangrove tunnel were amazing. Best touring company in Sarasota and Siesta Key.
My family had the best experience kayaking with Almost Heaven during our vacation to Anna Maria Island, Florida. The guides were very informative and patient with my young children. We learned a great deal about the eco system, protecting the environment and all the wonderful things that Florida has to offer. The best part was watching the manatees. What amazing creatures. If you are vacation in this area, we recommend Almost Heaven kayaking eco tours. They are the best in the area.
Excellent adventures through the mangrove tunnels. We didnt get to see the manatees but the dolphin were amazing and the sea life was unbelievable. Highly recommend Almost Heaven to everyone!
