If there were more stars --- I'd definitely add them in! Ian's work in our home was professionally completed to a very high standard. Ian was great to work with, and we look forward to future projects with him.
We recently used I & K Home Renovations for a bathroom installation in our basement. What we received was far beyond our expectations. A laundry / bathroom that is not only functional but beautiful, and with two teens the additional shower will be well used. Truly feel like we recieved more then we asked for, and under budget as well. Thanks again.
Our family was very happy with our basement renovations. The expert workmanship, respect for our living space during the renovations, and the attention to detail was fantastic! Our renovations turned out exactly as we had hoped. I & K renovations was professional and friendly from the beginning to the end of our project.
My wife and I had Ian remove our chimney, install a patio door, finish facia and soffit on house and garage. Very happy with the work, took his time and the job was very professional. The only thing I would suggest is that you book way in advance as Ian is extremely busy. We had t wait several months before Ian could come out, but worth the wait. Thanks Ian
Nice problem to have. But if your that busy let people know so they don't waste their time calling just a thought.
