We recently used I & K Home Renovations for a bathroom installation in our basement. What we received was far beyond our expectations. A laundry / bathroom that is not only functional but beautiful, and with two teens the additional shower will be well used. Truly feel like we recieved more then we asked for, and under budget as well. Thanks again.
Our family was very happy with our basement renovations. The expert workmanship, respect for our living space during the renovations, and the attention to detail was fantastic! Our renovations turned out exactly as we had hoped. I & K renovations was professional and friendly from the beginning to the end of our project.
My wife and I had Ian remove our chimney, install a patio door, finish facia and soffit on house and garage. Very happy with the work, took his time and the job was very professional. The only thing I would suggest is that you book way in advance as Ian is extremely busy. We had t wait several months before Ian could come out, but worth the wait. Thanks Ian

LOVE LOVE LOVE our newly reno'd basement! Thank you Ian! From cement and studs to a HUGE, beautiful living space. If you are looking to hire Ian - DO IT! From the first call, Ian was punctual, attentive, and very detailed. He listened to what we were looking for, then sent us the mock up, and made adjustments as we provided them. We have lots of ugly bulkheads and Ian finished them so beautifully that you don't notice the transition.
