Sat outside in my vehicle waiting for assistance. After 10 mins I went inside and asked if there was anybody to assist me to which the guy inside doing nothing said to see the guy outside who was working on one vehicle and and other waiting nearby but I guess they expect him to stop and manger the queue of customers while he also does all the work (poor guy). Overal I do recommend - l am happy with the service. Lose 1 star for lack of communication. I booked for the following day, paid the deposit and I had to reach out again for confirmation. Next day, no communication, no response, called at least 10 times before I got someone on the phone. Finally got an ETA. Tech arrived and did good, quick work. A couple of extra scratches on the wheels after the fact but I didn't take before photos, so I didn't hold it against him. Price is premium, but you're paying for the mobile service.... read more
