Poor punctuality and customer service.
Poor punctuality and customer service. Nail appointment was booked weeks in advance and we arrived early, but were left waiting over 25 min without any mention of the unscheduled delay. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication. When I asked how much longer it would be, the answer I got was a very dismissive and brusque, "I don't know, soon." Even after I politely asked if I could please be given a timeframe, I was told “I don’t know”. Customer courtesy and timely updates would have been appreciated.
Service was superb and my nails were done quickly. Went in without an appointment and was quickly taken care of.
