Very challenging to work with. I asked for the following information given that it needed to go to my HOA board for approval: - The company's name, address, and contact information. - A breakdown of the costs (labor, materials, etc.). - A description of the work to be performed. - Any warranties on parts or labor. - A timeline for the project. Simple information that they were unwilling to provide. Didn't give me a good feeling.

Dishonest when quoting, gives a price and then requotes higher because they say they have to do some added process that you don't ask for. When asked to remove it they come down a little but never to the orginal quote. Unethical.
