Do Not hire this Company for anything! They DON'T know what they are doing, and are very dishonest. A total scam. Hired them for a fix and flip, and long story short they did all the work without permits. The house was in a flood zone so per County regulations it needed special permit package done before starting. But even the normal things like A/C unit exchange that normally need permit, they didn't do with permit.
