Very nice up until you want to receive your money. Paid twice to have faxes sent over to them and Shanice claims she cannot find either copy. I had asked her to stay on the phone while I fax them and she refused. She also did not answer her phone when she told me to call back. I had to drive over an hour to give them the paperwork in person because she refused to try and find what I had PAID to fax over TWICE. I called I.E. Shaffer on behalf of a client to request paperwork for a rollover and I couldn't even finish my sentence before I was interrupted. This is my second time calling and both times I spoke with the same woman. She didn't let me speak again before she transferred me elsewhere. I think the customer service team needs some serious training on politeness.

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. My company Senior Accounting Manager called with a basic question on some DBL payments made for federal tax reporting and the woman Nicole that answered the phone was extremely nasty and for no good reason. The reports they sent said to call with any questions - buyer beware - if you call you may get yelled out with attitude. Wow - so unprofessional.
