Sherry did such an amazing job on our wedding cake!! We had our wedding in Lakeside, Ohio about 30 mins away from Huron. After researching bakeries in Toledo, Cleveland, and Sandusky, most places had mixed reviews and made me weary. But I came across “I Do”Cakes on Zola and I’m so happy I did my research.. Ordered a cake for my daughter's 17th birthday, by a referral. Sent a picture of what I wanted. My request was a two tier red velvet cake, whipped pink frosting, minus the flamingo. When I seen the cake I was very unhappy. The application of the "whipped frosting" was horrible, cake had to be assembled. I thought maybe once we got it assembled it would look better. That didn't happen, so fingers crossed I said well maybe it will taste better than it looked. After cutting everyone a piece, not to many smiles were in the room.... read more
