Disappointed. I called I Do Bridal two weeks prior to my appointment. I am the maid of honor helping plan the weddin so I made a day to take the bride and her mother shopping for her dream wedding dress. I scheduled to arrive at 10:00 on 11/2/19. The mother of the bride took a day off work for this special day. We arrive at 10:00 sharp to the shop still closed. Waited 30 minutes and still no one there to open and greet us for our appointment. Beautiful dresses great customer service. Love that the cost of dress includes alterations. My daughter loved the personal experience she recieved.
