We had such a fantastic experience with Cathy, Alyssa, and the I Do team! Truly couldn't imagine going about our wedding decor any other way. The communication was spot on throughout the process and made our wedding weekend incredibly smooth. We paid the extra to have the I Do team take care of the setup, and they were able to come the day before to do it all. Seamless service! We hired "I Do" for tablecloths and chair covers for our Escapade boat cruise/dinner. I contracted with Cathy and she answered the few questions I had. Her staff was on and off the boat before we even got near it. Very easy to work with! We also used her for the wedding the next day and everything went great with that as well.
I Do was great to work with. I requested two tables, linens, and 16 chairs less than a week before a small party I was throwing and they were so quick to reply with my quote, and work with me tweaking it a few times. I picked up and dropped off the rentals myself, and they made that process very smooth.
Renting with "I Do" is pleasant, easy, time saving and very budget friendly. This allowed me to save money and storage space for the items I needed for one day. "I Do" offered easy pick up and drop off. They offered to come decorate my venue for me! The ladies are so sweet, offered their advice and expertise. I came in with a vision, and they made it come true. I will add photos when I get them back from my photographer!! I highly recommended "I Do"
The Ripon Chamber of Commerce has used I Do on multiple occasions, and we’re always happy to recommend them to individuals and businesses! Their staff is kind and caring, their products are consistently great, and they’ve been wonderful about fitting our requests into their schedule. We truly appreciate their service and look forward to working with them again!
