Convenient location to store my furniture while traveling. Communication was prompt, space was clean with good climate control.

We rented 2 units for 3 months while we were moving and getting settled in our new home. Both units were clean and dry. The grounds are well lighted. The owners were very cordial and promptly refunded our security deposit after we moved out.
I utilized a climate controlled storage unit with Ideal for two plus years. I had my precious belongings there: furniture, artwork, family heirlooms. I moved out yesterday. Everything was in excellent shape- not even any dust to speak of. I had an issue once during that time- the outer door didn’t work on a very cold and snowy day. The owner came and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this business. Well worth the cost.
