I utilized a climate controlled storage unit with Ideal for two plus years. I had my precious belongings there: furniture, artwork, family heirlooms. I moved out yesterday. Everything was in excellent shape- not even any dust to speak of. I had an issue once during that time- the outer door didn’t work on a very cold and snowy day. The owner came and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this business. Well worth the cost.
Absolutely love this place! The storage units are not only clean but also super spacious! The staff is top-notch, and Danielle especially went above and beyond to guide me through the rental process. Everyone here is so responsive and genuinely cares about making things easy for their customers. I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need extra space again!
