I have rented a unit at this business multiple times over the years and always had an excellent experience. They are very responsive and kind. I HIGHLY recommend I-Deal Self-Storage. The units at their Dryden location have wider doors and halls, which is helpful for navigating some larger items I had to store.

Owners very communicative and responsive. Unit was in mint condition and was very happy with the security of the unit and the climate controlled functionality of the unit. Ideal Self Storage was the ultimate experience for the 18 months I used the facility.

Danielle at I-deal self storage is a true gem and was so kind to me when another storage unit facility had canceled my reservation without telling me. Danielle secured a unit for me at the last minute and has been an absolute pleasure to work and communicate with. The units are clean, convenient and very well priced. It is a pleasure to support this family business and I will definitely be a customer for the future.
