I highly recommend Pen Pals for your HVAC needs. They replaced a furnace for me. Francisco was courteous, prompt and professional. He was on time, and actually called and asked if he could respond earlier. His job estimate was really awesome (3 companies bid on job) and we scheduled a start date. Edit: Jelijah came out and manually drained the reservoir and cut off the frozen drain line outside and put it in PVC pipe. Not able to find the ball valve on the newer style pump to remove (I guess to prevent pooling)… Hoping the outside changes will fix the issue and it’s not freezing in the attic space. Service is definitely not 24x7 as advertised. Called in on Sunday when it was 19 degrees outside and my brand new heater system stops working anytime it’s below freezing outside. Jelijah Trujillo came and flushed out my water heater today. He was so polite and informative! He came on time, explained what the work would entail and did a speedy and excellent job. When our transaction was finished he suggested other maintenance services I might tale advantage of with NO sales pressure, just clear information. Our water heater failed on a Saturday. Got an on-site quote that day with a promise of installation of a new tankless water heater on Monday. The crew had us up with hot water on Monday, came back Tuesday to do some additional work to complete the upgrade. Everyone was very good to work with and the quality of the work is excellent. I will be contacting Pen Pals again to talk about upgrading our furnace in the near future.

We called needing help with our furnace as it just working, we had already talked to another company that gave us a very high quote to fix the problem, then we tried to reach them and they just never came back after almost a week so Kenneth showed up today (Saturday) and found that the furnace control board is still fine and he got us working again. Top notch service with a smile. Thank you Pen Pals and Kenneth for the help. We will use you going forward for any of our heating, air & plumbing needs. truly appreciated.
