Lucus was one of two workers who came to my home to clean the vent to my dryer. They were both professional and diligent in making sure the vent was totally clean. They went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and patiently answered my many questions. I am very pleased, the cost was at least $100.00 less than a popular plumbing company and the service was spectacular. The office team were extremely kind and considerate. Fast response and great sense of urgency in getting the job done with quality! I called after hours, my kitchen drain was leaking and then the disposal just fell out of the sink. I called and the scheduler diagnosed the issue quickly said she would schedule me in the morning. She called me right away at 8 AM and give me a 2- hour timeframe. My experience with this company was amazing from beginning to end. I actually got to speak to someone. They were efficient making an appointment for me within minutes and by a miracle were able to squeeze me in for same day service. Lucas was awesome! Great customer service. He answered all my questions, and they were reasonably priced. Lucas took care of my A/C and had it up and running in no time. I will definitely be using Pen Pals Cooling Heating and Plumbing in the future. Thank you for the great service Lucas!

Great service and very professional. The guys were friendly and the company went to Gallup, to replace my furnace. If you need to have your furnace or air conditioner repaired or replaced contact them. Reasonable price and they took my 40 year old furnace. 😄 I highly recommend them to Gallup community. Do not go to any other company. Thank you again for helping us to stay warm.
