Lucus was one of two workers who came to my home to clean the vent to my dryer. They were both professional and diligent in making sure the vent was totally clean. They went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and patiently answered my many questions. I am very pleased, the cost was at least $100.00 less than a popular plumbing company and the service was spectacular. The office team were extremely kind and considerate. Fast response and great sense of urgency in getting the job done with quality! I called after hours, my kitchen drain was leaking and then the disposal just fell out of the sink. I called and the scheduler diagnosed the issue quickly said she would schedule me in the morning. She called me right away at 8 AM and give me a 2- hour timeframe. Paul Cruz and Kenneth Thompson were absolutely incredible. They came out, took the time to really diagnose the issue, and made sure we were okay the entire time. Ours was a tricky situation—two other HVAC companies had already come out and couldn’t figure it out—but Paul and Shaun did. I totally forgot to post my review after the first visit! Pen Pals has been wonderful! They prioritize customers during urgent situations and both visits they came out as soon as they could. My HVAC stopped working. The technician Lucas did a thorough inspection and testing to ensure he provided a solution. Although the repair couldn't happen because we are ordering a part, Lucas is very polite and knowledgeable! When I call the office , the women there are so nice and actually call me back.
