Jelijah. Was an excellent service technician that clearly and effectively explained the situation and fixed our Hvac/Refrigerated air problem. Thank you Jelijah and thank you I-Deal plumbing heating and cooling. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. And they were able to send help a week earlier than any of their other competitors. TLC was almost 2 weeks out from sending someone and I-Deal sent help the next morning. Thank you so much.

If I could rate higher I would. My whole experience, start to finish, was amazing, especially with Dora, Matthew, and Kenneth. Will be using them for future services for our commercial lots and highly recommend for residential needs as well.

Th technician was not friendly at all. All summer the cooler made a lot of noise and i knew something was not right. I guess we should have called and reported it. When he was on the roof I asked him if I turned the cooler on so he could hear the noise and tell me what was wrong, "He told me Im just here to shut it down".When he did come down he said the pilley was not tight enough and that the belt was worn out. They were really great! I had both plumbing and HVAC work done, and the team exceeded every expectation. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. My plumbing issues were fixed perfectly, and my HVAC system now runs better than it ever has. Pen pals are professional, and genuinely customer-focused.

Jelijah was an excellent service technician that quickly diagnosed my problem with our refrigerated air cooler. He was also very friendly and able to explain the whole process and how to make my unit work more efficiently while he made the repairs.
