I highly recommend Pen Pals for your HVAC needs. They replaced a furnace for me. Francisco was courteous, prompt and professional. He was on time, and actually called and asked if he could respond earlier. His job estimate was really awesome (3 companies bid on job) and we scheduled a start date. This was my first time using this company, and I was very pleased with the service. The Service Technician, Jelijah T., who came out to switch my system from summer to winter (AC to furnace) was wonderful, respectful, professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable.
