I walked into the establishment intrigued that a floral shop exists in Window Rock, no disrespect. Being inside, over the threshold for a mere 2 seconds met with a glare that felt like 2 minutes. I kept my spirits at peak and before I could view the rest of the shop, a small little man punctually asked what I was looking for, in a manner that felt like interrogation. AVAILABLE ITEMS AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE! A cute 1 stop shop for Flowers and Hair Cut Services. Very Friendly and welcoming. The guy did a great job on the haircut and a fabulous job on the flower arrangement. 👍🏾 CASH SALES ONLY!! So make sure you have money.

Worst customer service I've experienced. Flower arrangement was not what I ordered and asked for a refund or different arrangement was told All Sales Are Final! Paid way too much for 3 roses. Very disappointed.
