This gym is the best! The classes are super creative, small and the staff is very attentive and uplifting. I bought a Groupon a while ago and loved every minute of it. I bought two day passes, for about $20 each, when a friend came to visit last year, we did their Fly Yoga which is amazing and a barre class. The teacher called us by name and coached us the whole time. I've also seen they do spin classes once a week in the parking lot during the summer, how fun!

Gym is a little rough around the edges. Don't like the layout on the main floor how the treads are packed together facing a couple TVs and the treads seem pretty low quality (my knees are feeling it). This seems to be a 'neighborhood' gym which is fine, but working out with a bunch of middle-aged and older people is not really my scene. Won't be going back.

Really nice place. I do Crossfit there and could not be happier with the service and training staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I came here because of a deal I purchased. Ten classes for $20 bucks...what an awesome deal! Every class I have attended was amazing. It really works your muscles and kicks your body into gear. My favorite 2 classes are the fly yoga (taught by Brent). It is amazing and quite exhilarating. If you have not tried fly yoga...this is a must. You are suspended from the ceiling in a wrap and you do yoga poses in the air. It's a lot of fun and a great workout. I was sore for 3 days after I did fly yoga.
