I have been purchasing from ID Enhancements for a number of years and recently needed to make another purchase so I checked pricing on the website to make sure my PO was for the correct amount. I got the price with shipping, etc. and submitted my PO request. After I got my PO # I went back to the website to purchase my order and the price was NOT correct. I had placed an order for a more expensive fob than I needed. They called me and let me know about the other option, sent me a sample to try, then updated the order. I am receiving double the fobs for the same price now.
Oh my! Customer service was outstanding! Probably one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. My order was no longer available and therefore had to be canceled due to a recent change from their supplier. The team at ID Enhancements went above and beyond to find another supplier to fulfill my original order. I received phone calls and emails keeping me aware of the status the whole time. Amazing! Great job! Thank you!
Purchase your electronics elsewhere. Terrible experience and slow to respond company without trying to correct faulty equipment being sold by them claiming to only be a the middle man and items being out of their control. After being sold faulty equipment it is taking over 2 weeks to receive a replacement and as a "courtesy" they aren't charging for ground shipping. It shouldnt take this long for a company to help correct faulty equipment they are selling.
Awesome service today. Actually the service is great every time I call. Today was a bit crazy with our order. Samantha handled it like a pro and sounded like she had a smile on her face the whole time!!!
