I recently reached out to i-Cycle Electric Bike Co with hopes of renting an e-bike and exploring Kingston Mills Lock. Although I didn’t end up renting, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. I have been searching for a local e-bike shop where I could find a knowledgeable staff, excellent products and great service. I found all of that and more at i-Cycle in Kingston. Eric was outstanding at answering all of my questions both in person and over email. He made the purchase of my new e-bike a pleasant experience. In addition, the store location has a great location for test rides. I would recommend anyone who is interested in e-bikes to visit this great store. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
As a first timer into the ebike world, Susan and Eric were so warm, nice and patient with me and my husband. They are very professional and knowledgeable to answer everything thing we asked. They took literally more than 2 hours with us, our conversation switched between ebike, travel and life experience. Very nice and genuine couple. They also have this perfect spot where you can test-ride the bikes with hills.we really appreciate their help and hospitality.
We can't say enough about the wonderful service we received. They are so knowledgeable and patient. We would recommend them without hesitation!
