Excellent service from Suzanne. The electric bikes were impeccable and very easy to use. We received a great briefing on the bikes' operation and the possibilities for touring around RMC, Fort Henry and CFB Kingston. The local area and the setting were perfect for a neophyte to discover the feel of an E-Bike.
Best shopping experience I've had in years buying anything. The owners possess charm, knowledge, and patience in equal amounts. I say this as someone who not only knew nothing about e-bikes, but had not even been on a bicycle for over thirty years. My wife and I could not be happier with our bikes and rack—an excellent, local, family business.

I have been searching for a local e-bike shop where I could find a knowledgeable staff, excellent products and great service. I found all of that and more at i-Cycle in Kingston. Eric was outstanding at answering all of my questions both in person and over email. He made the purchase of my new e-bike a pleasant experience. In addition, the store location has a great location for test rides. I would recommend anyone who is interested in e-bikes to visit this great store. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
As a first timer into the ebike world, Susan and Eric were so warm, nice and patient with me and my husband. They are very professional and knowledgeable to answer everything thing we asked. They took literally more than 2 hours with us, our conversation switched between ebike, travel and life experience. Very nice and genuine couple. They also have this perfect spot where you can test-ride the bikes with hills.we really appreciate their help and hospitality.
