Closed, gave me 24hrs notices and didn’t respond when asked if I could records or a years supply of flea and tick meds. Stupid.
They are now permanently closed.
Booked an appointment then later told in an email it was classified as an "urgent care" appointment without even being told that when booking in over the phone. Didnt know that meant they make you wait in your car for over an hour and a half PAST your booked appointment time with absolutely 0 updates on what was taking so long or even an apology from anyone there. After being seen for maybe 10 minutes Dr Westcott came up with a quote that was TRIPLE the amount of what we paid at another vet for the SAME procedure. Absolutely... read more

I-care Has been my vet for years. All of a sudden they have a new vet, Dr. Westcott. Very unimpressed. His bedside manner was not good. Very unprofessional- even swore during our appointment. Previously, I would always be given options when it came to the care of my pet. This time I was not. My cat had a UTI. Instead of giving me choices on how to proceed, I was just told the urine will be sent to a lab.
