I never thought I’d feel the need to write a review like this, but after our most recent experience at I Care in Coombs, I feel it’s important to share. First, I want to say the front staff, technicians, and vets themselves are wonderful. Our issue isn’t with them—it’s with the way this clinic operates as a business. Unfortunately, it feels like a money grab. Nice people good service
Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. the vet dr. was very nice and didn't upset my dog or cause her stress
Staff is always very friendly and informative. The vet was completely up to date on my dog's condition and very good with my dog. Vet spent a good amount of time explaining about my dog's condition and care that was needed. I really enjoyed the written explanation of our visit that was sent to my email.
6 min visit cost $350, over $200 for prescription. The vet was so scared of my dog didn’t even try to take a look. If there that scared could have muzzled the dog or I could have held dog and could have looked from a distance. Over charged and not a good appointment.
