All the staff at I-Care are super friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Peter, who is an absolute hoot, and of course Sam, who has looked after our family's eye care needs for over 15 years. He is an outstanding professional and truly one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
I can’t believe it. I thought my glasses were broken beyond repair or would be out for a week at least. But the guys fixed them on the spot and made me reading glasses on the spot. I went from facing weeks of uncertainty with my glasses to having it all sorted. They even stayed past closing time to help me. So grateful.
Sam and his team are always professional and knowledgeable. Peter fitted me for new glasses and turned an old pair back into brand new and infinitely more usable. Thank you all for your professional service and advice
Had the absolute best experience at I-Care. Sam is such a passionate and experienced optometrist. He was so committed to getting the right prescription for me that he tested me on three seperate occassion at different times of day and eye strain. He genuinely really cared about getting it right. The whole team at I-Care are super super lovely!! Cannot recommend them more highly! Best in the biz!
Couldn’t rate this optometrist more highly. They are so thorough and explain things so well. They’ve got lots of cutting-edge technology to assess your eye health really thoroughly, and to predict and prevent future health problems. I’ve been a long-term client and will keep coming back.
