Don’t assume they look at when you’re eligible for benefits. I was reminded by them to schedule my appointment, which I did. Then when checking out after my appt I was surprised that I wasn’t even eligible for benefits yet and had to pay an extra $75. I was told that “oh I’m sorry, you’re insurance is weird” so if you suspect you also have weird insurance- double check.

This may be a smaller office, but the level of professionalism and care is outstanding. Dr. Jon Houck and his entire team were excellent. Dr. Houck took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. During my last eye exam at another office, I was told I no longer had astigmatism in my right eye, which never seemed right to me. Dr. Houck confirmed that I absolutely still have it and adjusted my prescription accordingly. My vision is now back where it should be. I like the place and the staff. All my questions were answered and they warned me of the charges for extra testing. They also didn't try to get me to buy glasses.

I had a pair of sunglasses I had an unnatural sentimental attachment to. Thanks to Maddie not only did I get new lenses installed in my old sunglasses, but she put fresh nose pads on for me, fixed up the ear pieces and adjusted them so they wouldn't fall off! Big thanks to Maddie, and the rest of the staff at I Care who always go above and beyond.

I recently visited I Care Optical and had the best experience I've ever had getting an exam and looking at frames. The staff were all so friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! During my visit, I had 2 ladies helping me pick out frames. I felt like I had personal shoppers with how they brought me frame after frame. So many different styles and colors, I think I tried on about 15-20 different frames. Choosing from the selection was so hard, I ended up finding 4 different frames that I absolutely loved!
