I recently visited I Care Optical and had the best experience I've ever had getting an exam and looking at frames. The staff were all so friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! During my visit, I had 2 ladies helping me pick out frames. I felt like I had personal shoppers with how they brought me frame after frame. So many different styles and colors, I think I tried on about 15-20 different frames. Choosing from the selection was so hard, I ended up finding 4 different frames that I absolutely loved!
I have pretty extreme sensory issues, which makes getting and adjusting to new glasses really difficult and embarrassing. Madi has been so great to work with - she has been so patient and understanding and I know that I've apologized and thanked her a million times already, but what's one more! THANK YOU MADI!
