I waited months for new lenses for my frames, with many issues and questions, "we can't do that", then, "yes we can", than "no we can't" back and forth. When they were finally done, They gave me complete glasses (?), but the lenses were cut to the wrong shape; they didn't fit in the frame. It was disturbing they presented such bad work. I've always had excellent experiences with Dr. Tao, and I recently went to I Care for Eyewear to get new glasses. I was graciously offered help in the process but opted to proceed on my own as I tried on various pairs. I ended up feeling discouraged because none were working, so when Erica came back over I accepted her help. Dr. Tao takes his practice to the next level. He is brilliant in his field of expertise. He and his staff go above and beyond in every aspect. Professionalism, friendliness and cleanliness is outstanding.
I had a great experience here. The doctor here explained everything very well, and the optician was very patient and helpful. The front desk staff were also very courteous. It's great that everyone here takes the time to help you out. I would highly recommend this place.
