I was one of the many people impacted by the major power outages from the recent storms. I was without heat, water and all other electricity for 3 1/2 days. Shawn and Justin from IC Reed & Sons came out and fixed the issue within minutes. They were both friendly, sympathetic and provided outstanding customer service.
