Absolutely the worst bank ever!!! I was in great standing with this bank for years. No issues! I closed my accounts and had a measly $29.00 left over to pay. I didn't get back to pay it off until a month and a half and stayed in contact with them the whole time. They reported me to the credit agency. My score dropped 100 points. I very calmly called them to ask if they would remove the bad remark. They made every excuse in the book why they could not. Basically, they didn't care to help me.
