Booked an appointment for new generator install Received a call back and they set a time and date to come and look the job over it was to be between 3-4 at 4 no sow called them and was told he was a 1/2 hr away never showed up or called waited till 5:30 would not recommend
We are very happy with the professional, timely installation of our standby generator and in ground propane tank. Andre managed the job from beginning to end while displaying a can do, positive attitude throughout. Turns out he was spot on! Recently we experience a brief power outage and the generator performed flawlessly! Quite pleased the real life test was passed with an A+. We recommend I&C without hesitation.
Really poor operator. Initially Andre wouldn’t return my calls. When he finally did answer and schedule a generator servicing, he used a texting service to cancel my appointment and picked a new day and time for my appointment (without checking with me). I tried to reschedule, we got something set, and he no call no showed me.
Andre, the team of electricians and gas company were all great. Very happy with the purchase of our 24kW Generac Generator. These guys did a fantastic job! Thank you!
