I paid 47k for a generator and buried tank yet only received a "standard" 5 year warranty and a "basic" service plan.
Andre is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and fair. We have been working with him and his team for a few years now and won't go to anyone else. When we were evacuating for Milton last year we realized at the last minute that we had to take our whole home generator off line as we feared it would be inundated with salt water. Andre took the time out of his own emergency storm preparations to walk us through how to properly shut it down and keep our home safe from electrical hazards over the phone.
