I was in a really messy estates situation for my grandparents house. They helped me every step of the way and I was able to close really quick. They also offered to have a mobile notary come to me for the closing, which was very convenient because I live 16 hours away. I appreciate all the help and pray that my grandparents house will be restored to its true beauty for the next family to love!
We called IBUYSTL and we were able to schedule a meeting with Bobby the next day. He sat down with us and very clearly shared the process and asked about our expectations. He was very clear and forthright. After walking the property, he spoke with some of his representatives and came back to us with an offer which we believe was fair and over our expected price.
