On January 9, 2024 went to Bella Brows for an Ombré Micro blade procedure. This was not my first micro blade in my lifetime, so I knew what to expect. Arrived for my appointment on time, and while waiting the owner texted that she would be 30 minutes late. Once she got set up, we agreed on the eyebrow design and color. I love my new brows, I had a very positive experience I was a little nervous going in but they explained the process and the after care, my brows are beautiful.
I can’t say enough. I had ugly man brows. After Bella they were and still are my favorite attribute. Highly recommended
I had a horrible experience. The technician was an hour and 15 minutes late for my 9 am appointment. My brows kept bleeding and she went over them so many times with no improvement. She asked me over and over if I had taken aspirin which I hadn't. However, she didn't tell when I booked the appointment that I shouldn't take aspirin or I would have known to stop my daily fish oil I had a swollen sore for 3 weeks at the end of my eyebrow and my eyebrows were actually worse than before she did them. I went to Bella Brows on 9/29/2023 I was very excited to get my brows done the pictures advertised were beautiful. My brows were mapped and they look aweful she kept trying to re shape and they got worse the arches made my brows look like triangles and the more she fixed the worse they became. I couldn’t run out of there fast enough and unfortunately she kept my deposite which she should have returned as I arrived to my appointment on time and I was not happy with her work.
