I’ve been coming here for years now, and I couldn’t recommend this place more. I love the atmosphere and my brows always turn out perfect every time. Highly recommend.
Unfortunate experience. She poked my eyeballs multiple times while threading, and never acknowledged it or asked if it hurt. She spoke so softly at one point, I asked her to please repeat and she said no. I asked to keep my brows thick, just shape them, and she did the opposite - thin, flat brow shape. When she was done, I asked if she could please trim my eyebrow length as I’m used to that being part of the service, and she did so only at my request.
