Quality of service has gone down tremendously over the years, maybe you ladies should take more frequent breaks and stop trying to squeeze in so many clients. I’ve spent months growing my eyebrows out for a nice shape from the last time they messed up just for them to thread two thin lines on my face. You give them clear instructions and descriptions, they confirm they understand what you mean and yet they don’t listen do what they want and are still expectant of a tip. I could have done a better job myself. Last visit.
