They are more concerned with your pocketbook than your child's welfare. My child saw them through our company's EAP program a few years back. When I called to make a new appointment, the therapist remembered us - because of the fact that there was a balance from a few years ago that wasn't paid. The EAP program, which this provider accepted to see us under, covers several initial visits at 100% for employees so the contracting issues between insurance and provider are not my responsibility.
