I beam is contracted to make some repairs on the condo building I live in. Their workmen have been super helpful and polite whenever I've interacted with them. The work has been shoddy at best, though - for example, the bathroom fans they installed seem to be faulty and rattle loudly, with a promise of being able to request it be fixed "at signoff, in the future" Additionally, rather than using the building's power, they keep plugging into a patio electrical outlet and tripping my breaker.
