1 star. I had an incredibly rude experience with this barbershop. I called to ask a simple question about how long a haircut might take, and the person on the phone was shockingly disrespectful. They got mad at me, saying, 'What do you think? Do you think you’d get in without an appointment? How do you think you’re gonna walk in here?'
