In May 2024 Comfort Cover Systems of Clearwater, Florida installed a membrane roof manufactured by IB Roof Systems on our modular home. Just 18 months later, the white membrane resembles an asphalt parking lot, gray headed towards black. We were told by the installation company that in 2021 IB changed their coating formula and caused this problems on hundreds of homes in our area. My roof keeps turning black, cannot keep it clean. We cleaned it like they recommended All other roofs in our park look fine. We definitely have defective material. It should not do this. Trying to contact the company is not easy as we were gi en wrong numbers. Our product has a warranty so I'm hoping soon to get to the proper channels to get this addressed Not a happy customer!
