Been in business for over 40 years and switched over to IB for our PVC over 5 years ago. They are amazing to work with and the materials are hands down the best out there! Our sub crews love working for us as they all say IB is the easiest to work with and you can just tell its quality stuff!
I would highly recommend IB's PVC roofing membrane. They outlast shingles and elastomeric roof coatings with zero maintenance. The PVC roof system that was installed 20 yrs ago in the tough climate of Tucson still looks great.
IB Roofing not recommended. Not communicative. They delayed responding when we had a leak on a commercial property. Sent someone out to repair, after which we repaired the inside of the building, then it rained again and the leak came back. We showed them the interior damage that we now needed to repair again and they accused us of lying and showing them the same damage even though we have proof that we paid a painter and the tenants can confirm the repairs.
