Great mat pilates class with Carolina! If you want a workout that leaves you feeling strong and flexible, I highly recommend her class. She has a nice playlist too.
Great mat pilates class with Carolina! Her class is challenging but you leave feeling great. She gives great modifications to make things better for your body or if you want a little more of a challenge.
Beautiful studio and amazing instructor. Highly recommend Hot Core Sculpt to get your workout in!
