Una super experiencia, probe diferentes clases como pilates y yoga. Desde que entras al studio te hacen sentir bienvenida, se preocupan por que te sientas comoda y hagas tus ejercicio correctamente. Fomentan un ambiente de motivación, bienestar entre mujeres, lo cual me encantó! Tambien lo innovador de sus clases! Definitivamente lo recomiendo

Great environment. Coaches are very professional and very knowledgeable. They've helped me a lot during my learning process. Also, they all have different yoga styles and different rhythms which I think is really cool. Therefore, I definitely recommend I Am Wellness Studio.

Awesome community!!! As soon as you walk in, they make you feel part of it. The coaches are great. I love their enthusiasm, availability & that they always make you feel comfortable. Love the Studio!!!

Un lugar que sin duda, te ayuda a encontrar ese balance que buscas, entre la acción y la tranquilidad. Diversidad de clases, las maestras todas con técnicas que se adaptan a todos los niveles físico, al menos eso fue algo que amo me ayudado mucho, sentir que mi maestra me guia y me apoya en mi práctica me inspira. Y su comunidad es increíble, todos son amigos de todos, siempre te sientes bienvenid@ en este hermoso espacio. Gracias I am wellness studio por estar para tu comunidad.

Me encanta Imwellness por qué se siente una vibra muy bonita la clases son súper bonitas y dinámicas definitivamente un studio que te ayudará a sentirte mucho mejor después de cada clase.
