There was absolutely no service at all. No one greeted us, checked on us, or seemed to care whether we were there. The food quality was terrible — poorly cooked, lacking flavor, and clearly made without attention. For the price they charge, this was completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I will not return.
I want to begin by saying that the service was very good, hence the reason I tipped the waitress. She was super nice which is why I waited to leave a review instead of complaining. I visited there to grab lunch, we were seated and it was all good until I ordered a regular tea to find they have no sweetener except sugar. No big deal. Except I ordered, first salad rolls, and the peanut sauce was ice cold which kinda took all the flavor out of it. Our food came after and it just wasn’t good. At all. Came in to eat pad Thai when it was lunch time and they charged me for dinner. I would suppose that I would get lunch since it’s lunch time not dinner. The waiter kept saying it was my fault for not saying lunch, why would I say lunch when it’s lunch time? It’s your job to ask, not just assume that I want dinner. She told me the portion is bigger as if I’m supposed to know? The worst never coming here again. If you wanted the couple bucks more just say that.
