Stellar Customer Service: Communication is straightforward and prompt. They treat their customers like fellow collectors and peers, not just order numbers.
Horrible customer service. Took almost a month for them to tell me what I had ordered which was 'in stock' at the time now 'cannot be located in inventory'. Don't recommend and will never shop there again.
I went to the address and the door that's on the maps, but I can't find the store. That sucks because it looks like it is a cool store, I hope they are still in business, if they are please reach out for a proper address, I'd love to check out a store like yours. Not to mention increase it to a 5 star UPDATE: OK, so I didn't realize that they have a website and not a brick and mortar store, they have a lot of cool stuff, I'm looking forward to checking it out, just wanted to fix my rating.👍
